I'm Tami Green — life coach, author, and speaker.

I've spent over 20 years coaching thousands of people through the hardest seasons of their lives. People in the middle of career collapse, identity crisis, those who have survived stifling environments and narcissistic abuse, the particular overwhelm of being a deep thinker in a fast world. I help overthinkers, highly sensitive people, and creatives — with a hands-on, creative methodology built on CBT, DBT, adult learning theory, and the proprietary PIRF framework — yours specifically, not from a script.

I know they work because I used them on myself first.

Where I started:

I was anything but a life coach. My journey led me through broken relationships, suicide attempts, mental illness diagnoses, and financial destitution. I had tried so hard to find answers. My mind was weary. After my third suicide attempt, I gave up trying to think my way out and said the only thing left to say: "I don't know if You're out there, but I need help. I don't know what to do."

What followed changed everything. My mind quieted. I began to see that my mind hadn't been broken — it had been trying to show me something all along. My beliefs had held me back. My thinking had created my troubles. And if I could change my thinking, I could change my life.

I began studying everything I could find — neuroscience, philosophy, spirituality, psychology, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis, Mentalization-Based Treatment. Each principle added to the next. I applied it all to myself first. Then I built a framework from what survived.

Where I am now:

Certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) — Behavioral Tech

Certified in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Certified in Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT) — trained at Harvard Medical School with Dr. Peter Fonagy and Dr. Anthony Bateman

Life Coach Certification — Martha Beck Institute (among her first certified coaches)

Testified before the U.S. House of Representatives on mental health — that testimony helped establish May as National BPD Awareness Month

Spoke at McLean Hospital (Harvard), NAMI National Convention, NEA-BPD Conference, Congressional briefing

Endorsed by Dr. John Oldham, MD (Past President, American Psychiatric Association), Dr. John Gunderson (Harvard), Dr. Glen Gabbard (Baylor), Dr. Anthony Bateman (UCL), Dr. Blaise Aguirre (McLean/Harvard)

Who I work with:

Those who spent years shrinking to survive. Overthinkers. People pleasers. Highly sensitive people. High-achieving creatives who built something real on the outside and still feel like strangers to themselves on the inside. People walking out of narcissistic relationships. People navigating economic anxiety, career pivots, and a world that moved while they weren't looking.

People who think deeply and feel everything and are done being told that's a problem.

What I offer: Hands-on, creative methodology drawn from CBT, DBT, and adult learning theory — including the proprietary PIRF framework — built around you specifically, for the kind of inner stability that doesn't depend on anything outside you.

The proof is the journey. Mine, and thousands of others.
